Upfront, flat-rate pricing — you approve the complete number before any work starts, so there are no surprises. We don't charge by the hour and we don't pad the bill. If a repair isn't worth your money, we'll tell you and show you the math. Financing is available as low as $89/month on new HVAC systems, and our $19.99/month Comfort Club gets you an annual tune-up, 15% off repairs, priority scheduling, and no overtime charges on nights, weekends, or holidays.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Three steps, no runaround. First, grab a time that fits your day — online or by phone. Then our licensed tech sizes up the job and hands you an upfront price to approve before anything starts. Finally, we handle it from there: done right the first time, or we come back at our expense. We clean up, document the work, and stand behind it. Need us fast? We offer same-day emergency service and answer 24/7.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're fully licensed and insured in Texas, with 30 years in the field since 1995. We're a member of the Nexstar Network and an authorized KOHLER generator dealer. Our team trains continuously on current HVAC and electrical code, and every job is done to spec — refrigerant charged to spec, ductwork actually sealed, panel lugs torqued, not eyeballed. That's the difference between a system that dies at 5 years and one that runs at 20.
