⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend! Capri is amazing - I highly recommend this chef ! First, she was very responsive and helpful when we started our search for catering for my birthday party. She shared her experience and recommendations, and even worked on several options for us — which was great. Once we chose her, she remained extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. On the day of the party, she was awesome — perfectly on time, with a beautiful setup and dishes that looked as good as they tasted. The food quality was amazing (a lot of French guests were attending, and they absolutely loved it!). Her Madeira beef is a killer! Everything went smoothly, and she was fantastic from start to finish. Don’t hesitate — choose her! I’ll gladly share her contact with anyone looking for a great caterer.

Capri is simply AHmazing!! I didn’t want her to leave haha. She did a wonderful job at assiting me with surprising my fiancé with a lovely meal at home. Everything was absolutely delicious and Capri served everything with ease and cleaned up as if she wasn’t there! Will recommend Capri to everyone!

We unhesitatingly recommend Chef Capri! My mother came to town & we were looking for a solution that would keep her from suffering my lack of culinary abilities. Chef Capri prepared & delivered two delicious dinners. This evening, we savored her meatloaf, mashed potatoes, dinner rolls--all of which were great, but we especially enjoyed her grilled asparagus! Now we're looking forward to a delicious lasagna & Caesar salad tomorrow. Looking for someone else to do the cooking? Chef Capri will not disappoint!

So happy and thrilled I booked Capri as our chef for my sister’s Bridal Brunch. Chef Capri really went above and beyond. She was very charismatic and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Not only did she come up with a great menu that went along with our island theme, she even added surprise items for us that all the girls loved. Her eggs and mimosa mix were such a hit, that all of us were asking her for her recipe. I find myself sitting here now a week later thinking about how good her food was, which is why I’m writing this review now. I can’t wait to use her again in the future. Never change, Capri! We love you! :)
