- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated, just cost of an estimated amount of time necessary to complete the service; any necessary hardware costs are additional. Students & Low income individuals I generally lower my rates due to income.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I know what I am good at doing; and since retiring, the wife wants me out from under her feet.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Desktop/laptop hardware repairs & upgrades; virus and malware removal; forensic data recovery; network configuration/repair (wired & wireless); satellite & microwave relays; fiber optics; router & firewall configuration.
