- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive based on the market for teaching in our area of instruction. We are able to give some discounts, but we want to be fair with our instructors so they can be taking care of respectfully for their time of instruction with potential cliental.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ideally would like to have a phone or virtual conversation with new students to introduce ourselves and establish goals for beginning our lessons. Stating what will be needed(books, and other supplies) for the lessons and then confirm lesson cost. I'm very big on building quality relationships with all our students, so that we can meet our goal to achieve the purpose behind why we taking lessons!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have college experience, 25 plus years of private teaching, and over 16 yrs. of teaching orchestra from elementary to high school. Our other instructors also have college experience/degrees and teaching privately for some years as well.
