I would also add Punctuality and Responsiveness to the list but it would let me select only 3. But overall, the best service experience I have had. Tony, called in to check the earliest he could meet us. Tried to understand the issue before he got here. Verified the issue quickly and made recommendation. All the while making you feel that he was on your side. He never came across as someone who will take advantage of you or your lack of understanding of the issue. The issues had to do with Bent blade shaft. But we also notified belt was also impacted and that the cub cadet parts were expensive and hard to find. Instead of just fixing the problem, he advised us on he best way to solve the problem, for the long term. He was so good, I was looking for other problems in my house that he can help with. Overall highly recommend Tony.
