- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately, mishaps often occur when we least expect them. I ensure my prices are fair to both my customers and my team.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I greet the customer and allow them to explain the issues they are experiencing. After that, I begin my troubleshooting process. Once I identify the problem, I inform the customer of my findings and outline my plan to resolve the issue, ensuring we are both on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2010, I started with small handyman jobs and gradually moved into construction work. In 2014, I found the right path for me when I became an electrician. I received my license in 2016 and started my business, Mr. Fix It, that same year. In 2023, I officially established it as Mr. Fix It LLC.
