Handyman Matters is the best! After going through so many contracters that no-showed, didn't call us back, or preformed lackluster work, Handyman Matters was right on the money! No job has been too small for prompt and friendly service. Everyone, from the administrators to the service men, has always been very professional. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check out the people you are talking to . See what their Better Business Bureau rating is. If if is anything less than "A-", I would not do business with them. Remember there are no "Walmarts" in the home improvement industry - there are only quality service providers and all the rest. If you want quality, that costs, and you truly get what you pay for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That we are a professional service organization as opposed to some guy in a pickup with some tools and a cellphone. We have professional, full time office staff to handle all our Customer Service needs. We stand behind our work and we will be here the next time the Customer needs us.
