- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check out the people you are talking to . See what their Better Business Bureau rating is. If if is anything less than "A-", I would not do business with them. Remember there are no "Walmarts" in the home improvement industry - there are only quality service providers and all the rest. If you want quality, that costs, and you truly get what you pay for.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That we are a professional service organization as opposed to some guy in a pickup with some tools and a cellphone. We have professional, full time office staff to handle all our Customer Service needs. We stand behind our work and we will be here the next time the Customer needs us.
