As a Licensed Professional Texas Real Estate Inspector we are required to get 16 hours per year of continuing education, I generally have 32 or more hours per year.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure you get a Texas Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector. What the scope of the inspection, have them explain what they do and don't do. Ask about the Inspectors experience, how long have they been doing inspections, how long does an inspection take, when will you get your report. Don't shop for the lowest bid on the purchase of your largest investment, go for the quality to match this investment.
