- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set an appointment based on the customer's schedule. The sales rep will send the customer a notification of the time, and date of visit. The sales rep will discuss with the customer what issues they have been facing then will do a visual inspection of the area of the home affected. After that, we will provide the customer with a quote and set a date to have the techs come out and do the work! We clean as we go leaving the home cleaner than we found it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained in blow-in, batt, and open/closed cell spray foam.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are putting in the depth of insulation that they promised. This can be done by making sure they are placing paper rulers throughout the attic before work begins.
