- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our first interaction through Thumbtack, we'll set a phone call to discuss the customer's needs. Following that, we'll schedule a free estimate and visit the location with the customer. Actively listening to the customer is vital for us to gain an understanding of what the customer wants, as it is our goal to meet their needs, whether its here on Thumbtack, on the phone or in-person.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with home owners, property owners and commercial clients all with varying budgets and scope of work.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
There was a neat wooden facade over a 19-foot interior chimney that the customer wanted painted and the mantle stripped to it's natural wood grain. It was a solid two-day job, with scaffolding and plenty of sanding. The end result was remarkable and it totally changed the entire interior of the open floor plan--making the chimney the focal point of the home. Pictures should be on this site.
