- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My initial intake price for thumbtack sessions are $350. This is one time set up fee. After you have gone through the intake call you will have options to choose from to help you with your needs. Everyone walks away with incredible value during the first call. Sometimes all you need is someone to ask the right questions. That's what I do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with sending a calendar link to get on my schedule for an initial phone call. Prior to our call you will need to make your initial intake payment of $350. During our call I will identify areas of concern and needs and how we can help. I will connect you to a specialist within the network that is matched to work with you. You will walk away from the first call feeling encouraged, hope, and ready to move forward with a game plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master in Theology with an emphasis in Christian Counseling, a double doctoral degree (theology with an emphasis in leadership and one is Christian Coaching). I also hold a BA in Business/Human Resource Management. I have worked with all ages and have coached and counseled all ages. I am finalizing mental health coaching certification - to identify mental health concerns and refer out appropriately, certification is through the AACC and I run an operate a global nexus of top coaches, consultants, and counselors for all of your transcending needs. I have coaches, consultants, and counselors who are licensed within their respective states, and offer additional credentials based on their specialty.
