- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is in the medium range of pricing for the equivalent security services offered by our competitors. We work with our clients to stay within their budget set aside for their security needs. We also offer certain discounts based on the terms and length of the contracts that we sign with our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with our clients is to contact the person responsible for coordinating the security contract and details of the service required. After discussing with the client the particular security requirements needed to cover their assets and/or event, we gather all of the required information to include in the security contract between Marine Security Solutions, Inc and our client. We then write up the contract and submit it to the client for their review and comments. If the client requires any changes to the contract after reviewing it, we make all the necessary changes and resubmit the contract to the client for a final review and signatures. After the contract is signed we then work with the client on the payment for the services that are delivered per the contract between Marine Security Solutions, Inc. and the client.
