We provide residential and/or commercial cleaning service. We are available 5 - 6 days a week. We provide several different scheduling options for your convenience.. We can do a One Time Deep Clean... Move In /Move Out Deep Clean... Or We can do an Initial Deep Clean and put you on a continual maintenance schedule which can be done weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly.. My cleaning services consist of stripping all bed linens, washing, drying and remaking of beds.. Dusting the entire house, baseboards, ceiling fans, window ledges, shelves, etc.. Cleaning bathrooms top to bottom which includes toilet, sinks, vanities, and tubs/showers, dust removal, cleaning of mirrors, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping of floors.. Can assist with 1-2 small loads of laundry after sheets & towels finish for an additional fee.. In kitchen, we will load/unload & start dishwasher, wipe down all appliances, clean countertops and polish. Clean stovetop.. Inside Oven upon special request, as well as the inside of the refrigerator. Outside of cabinets will be wiped down & dining table will be polished..All floors will be vac'd & mop'd.. All trash cans will be emptied & liners replaced.. I am very meticulous, and take pride in doing a great job and maintaining a good rapport with my clients.. I will provide all equipment and supplies, unless clients prefer a specific or special cleaner. Free estimates given upon request. Please note that if the request is for a continual maintenance cleaning, the first Initial Cleaning will be at a higher rate.. After Initial Clean, the rate will drop depending on how often you choose to have your home cleaned..All Initial Cleans range from $175 - $350 depending on the size, square footage and occupancy of your home...
