- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New clients typically fall into one of the three monthly payment options we offer. An initial "clean up the books" fee is often required and dependent on how much cleanup is needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the client and learn about their business. What their goals are, how long in business, what I can do to make their life easier and help them be more profitable. Then we establish on ongoing process which is mostly remote email-based communication. That's why I can work with clients anywhere in the country.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing bookkeeping, human resources, and payroll processing for over 20 years for a variety of businesses. From contractors and small businesses to hotel chains and mid-size companies. Chances are, I know about your business already.
