- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Connect with customer via email,text or phone 2. Set an appointment to see and measure project, show colors and give pricing. 3. Then they are put on the schedule for installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the concrete coating industry since 2016. Our installers are certified by the several manufactures of the coatings and products we use. We attend continuing education classes every 2 years and we also attend World of Concrete every year to stay up to date on current trends and new efficiency.
