Jacob was very punctual and worked efficiently. He tackled the installation of a ceiling fan, chandelier, Nest doorbell, 2 dimmer switches and exterior coach lights. I only hired him for the first 3, but he was so efficient with his time, that I ended up adding the 4th project in at the last minute. Having hired other handymen in the past, my pet peeve is when I can tell that the person is dragging on a project and spending way more time than necessary. If I feel like I could work faster and I am paying someone for their expertise (which should equal efficiency and speed) - thats a problem. Jacob was NONE of those things. He was swift, efficient and communicative. We got more projects done than I even asked him for upfront because he was so efficient and I appreciate that so much. I will be using him for projects around the house again and again. I love honest people with a great skillset and Jacob definitely checked those boxes.

Jacob was awesome! What I thought would be a simple fan installation turned into much more. Jacob kept me informed, gave me explanations & visual confirmation of issues encountered. He went above & beyond what I expected today. I expected to have my fan put up & it is up & working well, but it wasn’t as easy as expected & Jacob was very kind, professional, knowledgeable & an all round pleasant person to work with. Thank you for a job well done!

Sometimes I might be priced a little higher, but my quality matches the price I charge. I will never cut corners because I believe in doing things right the first time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy getting to meet my customers in person and getting to know them personally. I come out for an in person consultation and have a quote sent to you via email within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve grown up around the job site. My father is my biggest mentor and he has helped me learn a lot of the skills I have today. I am currently working to be a career firefighter and I am able to pay for school with the quality work I have achieved.
