- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes I might be priced a little higher, but my quality matches the price I charge. I will never cut corners because I believe in doing things right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy getting to meet my customers in person and getting to know them personally. I come out for an in person consultation and have a quote sent to you via email within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve grown up around the job site. My father is my biggest mentor and he has helped me learn a lot of the skills I have today. I am currently working to be a career firefighter and I am able to pay for school with the quality work I have achieved.
