I provide discounts for recurring bookings based on frequency: Monthly bookings receive a 10% discount, bi-weekly bookings receive a 20% discount, and weekly bookings receive a 30% discount. As a way to show appreciation to loyal customers, I often offer additional services or even deeper discounts as a token of gratitude.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to conduct a thorough walkthrough of the job site to understand exactly what the customer is looking for, ensuring I deliver precisely that. Additionally, I have a questionnaire that I like to send to new clients before the service begins. This questionnaire helps me gain insight into their expectations and ensures that I can meet their needs effectively.
