My name is John Bress, and I'm the owner of Discipleship Painting. My father is a residential painter and my grandfather was a paint chemist. Painting is in our blood. We welcome any questions or concerns you have about products, techniques, or why we price the way we do. None of our work will ever be subbed out to a different painting crew, which means every job will be completed by in-house guys we know and trust.

Very affordable and stellar work! I only had to tell him the paint color. He came and covered everything so there wasn’t a drop of paint anywhere except our cabinets. The finished product? Flawless.

It is a great pleasure to work with John. He answered a lot of my questions promptly leading up to the start time, respected the schedule for the project and everything happened on time. The work itself was excellent. The crew put paper and covered every inch of the kitchen for the wall patching and painting. The wall looked perfect after they patched it up and the paint job is great.

John, Daryl and his team were extremely professional and did a great job on painting all the interior walls, ceilings , trimmings and doors of my home. I would highly recommend them for any painting projects that you may have big or small.

Discipleship Painting was very attentive to all that I asked for. My mother passed and we are selling her home and we had to paint the whole interior and some of the exterior of the home. John spent a lot of time reviewing the job and walking the house with me and advising. I appreciated that very much. He calculated how much paint I would need to buy and told me exactly what to get. The team came in and prepped and were very thorough to protect floors and fixtures from the paint. They spent a lot of time doing this and I was very pleased. There were some repairs to the ceiling and he expertly made those repairs and made it look great. The painting itself was very clean and precise and I was very happy with the quality of work. He even installed a new door knob for a bathroom that was having issues (without charging me for it). John and his team did a great job. We realized after the job was finished that a couple of switch plates were accidentally left off and he came out to the house even after the job was finished and put those back up. John's very customer oriented and will do everything to make sure you're happy. I'm happy and I highly recommend that you hire Discipleship Painting. You will be happy too!

I highly prefer to have eyes on ALL my jobs to insure a fair price to the customer. With so many variables involved it's the best way

Treat them as I would want to be treated not to sound cliche. But with respect and transparency.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this business since I was 14 under my fathers company j Walters custom painting, and I love what I do
