I wish there were 10 stars because that’s exactly what I would give John and his incredible team! When I first met John, I immediately knew he was the perfect person for a project that was incredibly close to my heart. For over a decade, my dining room had featured a custom mural that I had commissioned after the tragic loss of my younger sister. While it had served its purpose during that season of my life, every time I walked into that room it brought sadness. It was finally time to move forward, and I knew my sister would want me to embrace joy, not grief. John understood that immediately. I was also trying to surprise my husband by having the house transformed before he returned home after Father’s Day weekend. Even though it meant rearranging his schedule, John graciously put everything else aside and committed to helping me make that surprise happen. That kind of kindness and compassion is rare. John runs a Christian painting company and every member of his team reflects those same values. They didn’t just paint my home - they encouraged me, prayed with me, and even helped me bless that dining room with Scripture. It felt as though a tremendous weight had finally been lifted from my heart. That room no longer represents loss - it now represents hope, peace, and new beginnings. Their workmanship is absolutely exceptional. Honestly, it looks like something you would see on a Hollywood movie set. Every detail was completed with excellence, precision, and genuine pride. They painted the trim throughout my home, my living room, dining room, interior doors, and the transformation is breathtaking. What impressed me just as much was their willingness to help with absolutely anything. On the second day I realized I hadn’t even had time to remove all of the books from my bookshelves before they were ready to paint. Without hesitation John and his crew jumped right in and helped me carefully move every book and shelf item into another room so we could stay on schedule. Not once did anyone complain or make me feel like I had inconvenienced them. They simply stepped in and helped. That speaks volumes about the kind of people they are. I was so thrilled with their work that I immediately hired them for a second phase to paint my kitchen. Today it is truly my dream kitchen and every time I walk into it I smile. They helped turn my dream into a reality. One thing I especially appreciated was how easy John was to work with. I knew exactly what I wanted for my home and from the very beginning we completely vibed. He immediately understood my vision and brought it to life with incredible skill and attention to detail. If you’re someone who isn’t quite sure what you want, John is equally gifted at helping you create a look you’ll absolutely love. With years of experience in the painting industry - learning the trade from his father - he has an amazing eye for how color can completely transform a space. He knows what works & what doesn’t and how to make a home feel fresh, beautiful, and uniquely yours. Another thing I appreciated was that John has multiple painting crews, yet he never leaves a customer hanging. They stay committed to your project until it’s complete before moving on to the next one. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced contractors disappearing halfway through jobs in the past, so this level of commitment meant the world to me. They were dependable, punctual, and incredibly hardworking—often arriving at 7:00 a.m. and working long days, even through Father’s Day weekend, to make sure everything was finished before my husband came home from his trip. They treated my home with such respect that by the end of the project, they felt more like friends than contractors. I was honestly a little sad when it all came to an end because it had been such a pleasure having them in my home.
