I had a damaged supply line while some other work was being performed at my house. I called several other plumbers that day, and the first plumber with same-day availability arrived 4 hours late and quoted me an insane amount. I called a few more plumbers and discovered McBride and Sons. Joseph and his partner arrived about an hour after our initial phone call, performed the same scope of work for 40% of what was previously quoted to me, and helped me mitigate future repairs before the work was concealed. McBride and Sons will be my first phone call for all future plumbing needs.

Joseph and his team were very professional and very thorough, he explained what my issue was and fixed them. I would highly recommend them. I will use them for my future home plumbing issues. They DID NOT try to cheat me like the previous plumber who came before them did! THANK YOU GUYS VERY MUCH! My leaks are fixed!

Had McBride come out to fix a water leak under my driveway thought I was going to have to tear up my driveway but he told us that he would just dig a new line. Saved us so much money. Call them great company!

They replied quickly. They were clear about pricing and process. Excellent communication from inquiry to completion. I always appreciate being told when someone is on their way and when exactly they’re arriving since I work from home. They explained what they were doing both before they started and after they were done. Super polite and respectful. Would hire again.

We give upfront prices before any work starts. No hidden fees. We also offer discounts through our service plans and $50 off when you refer a friend.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call us, we listen to your problem, and set a time that works for you. Our plumber shows up on time, checks the issue, explains your options, and only does the work you approve. We clean up before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers are licensed in Texas and trained on water heaters, drains, and all kinds of plumbing repairs. We keep up with new tools and safety training too.
