- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give upfront prices before any work starts. No hidden fees. We also offer discounts through our service plans and $50 off when you refer a friend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call us, we listen to your problem, and set a time that works for you. Our plumber shows up on time, checks the issue, explains your options, and only does the work you approve. We clean up before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers are licensed in Texas and trained on water heaters, drains, and all kinds of plumbing repairs. We keep up with new tools and safety training too.
