I needed an up to code frame for a concrete slab made for a film set with some weird specifics. Javier was able to get out there and get it done with his team super quickly. Super friendly, great to work with. Will definitely work with him again!

The owner, Javier, took the time to fully consult me on the project I wanted to do before he had any indication that I was even going to give him my business. Every other company I contacted was very to-the-point, wanting my money, whereas Javier made sure I understand the pros and cons of what I was trying to do before moving forward. Javier's pricing ranged towards the middle. I got quoted double and quoted half by other companies for the same project, but based on our initial conversations, I trusted Frayre Construction the most. I didn't feel like they were trying to grab as much money as possible from me because he talked me down from adding an additional service (extra $$$ for him) that would've required more maintenance on my part -- I really appreciated his input and honesty! This company was punctual and ready to hit the ground running just a day or two after I confirmed I wanted to go forward. They were also super responsive!

Javi and his crew did a great job on a home repair I needed. Their quote was the best out of the 3 that I received. Javi was extremely kind and respectful. His guys were clean and considerate while at my house working for 2 days. I plan to use Frayre again for more home projects.

I cannot express in words how thrilled I am with my new kitchen. I was getting the run around by several GCs and or cabinet contractors but then I found Frayre Construction. Javier and his crew delivered top quality work and were so respectful while I lived through this renovation. Javier was very communicative and addressed every question and concern. My house looks brand new. I can’t wait to start my next project with them. I highly recommend.

A full house remodel I really enjoy creating and build new design from scratch we relocate new location for fire place, new kitchen complete remodeled with custom cabinets from are shop, new laundry design flooring,stairs and master bathroom this amazing job take us 4.5 months to complete from design to last piece on place.
