Problem solved! My son likes to build his own gaming computers and routinely gets new components to upgrade performance. I'm usually pretty good at getting things installed correctly, but we ran into some issues on this last round. We found Jeff on Thumbtack. He made some good suggestions of things to try prior to him coming out. This was very nice of him to do. Unfortunately we still couldn't solve the problem ourselves. Jeff came out right away and not only solved the problem but also did some optimizing of various components in the setup to add even more performance. The value of his service was outstanding. We will not hesitate to use him again should the need arise. We certainly recommend him to anyone looking for computer service. Thanks Jeff!

All I can say about Jeff is that you won’t regret using his services. Long story short I spent 11 hours trying to build a gaming PC just for it not to work. I literally tried everything to figure out why it wasn’t working and so I ended up finding Jeff on this app. I reached out to him, and he offered to come out to my place and told me if he couldn’t fix it, he wouldn’t charge me anything. So, he came out and probably spent at most two hours and found out I had a bad motherboard. I tried to offer money for his two hours of service, but he denied it. With that said he offered to rebuild my PC once I got a new motherboard and so 2-3 days later, he built that thing in a span of 3 hours. You can just tell the guy knows what he's doing and is very professional, passionate, and just an overall down to earth guy. I highly recommend him and if I ever have issues in the future, I'll definitely be back to use his services. Thank you Jeff!

Jeff Chandler is awesome. Very impressed with work quality, professionalism and value. Called me within an hour and came right out. Explained everything that I needed and answered the "many" questions I had. Had to order parts and came out two days later to complete the job. Provided me with great preventative tips. Was willing to share his knowledge and experience. Great customer service. I will definitely be contacting him in the future for any other issues or upgrades. Even the purdy little lights were ok. lol He made sure to make it affordable.
