We had a 9x7 concrete pad in our backyard that we wanted to remove so we could build a larger patio. Since we’re on a budget we tried to remove it ourselves. No going! That pad turned out to be about 8 inches thick and full of rebar. We couldn’t make a dent! So I had to hire a professional. C&O provided the best quote out of 4 and was able to come out within a few days. So professional, polite, and efficient. Yair and team did such a great job and fully removed the pad and concrete out of our yard within a few hours! C&O is a new company but Yair has a ton of knowledge and experience. You can trust C&O with your concrete needs. (Pictures submitted are of my husband trying to remove the pad himself and then the finished area where Yair removed all concrete. It was a tough job!)

Couldn’t be more pleased with Yair and his crew’s work! He extended our patio from the standard 8x8 to a 12x11, window to window. I told him my plans to add a pergola and he added reinforcement for structural integrity.
Pros: 1) Excellent communication from beginning to end. He wants to get the job right and will handle all your dumb questions with tact and professionalism.
2) His pricing was solid and was within the range of several other quotes I got for this project.
3) He’s clearly experienced. He does commercial and residential concrete, and he went above and beyond what other contractors promised in terms of material quality and technique.
4) I was concerned about how the new concrete would look next to old concrete, particularly the seam. This came out great! They also relocated a couple sprinkler heads that were around the old perimeter.
Cons: I don’t have any more concrete work to hire him again! But I absolutely would if we decide to do another project.

Yair did an excellent job - we wanted the concrete walkway in our front yard to be removed. He was very careful with the roots of the oak tree near the walkway, left the area clean, and hauled away all the concrete. He was also very responsive over text message about scheduling. We highly recommend him!
