We quote in man-hours and strive very hard to come in under the estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our crew leaders will call to set up an appointment to look at the job. From this meeting we will provide an estimate of the job's scope. Once we've worked with a client, we can often quote over the phone, once we have become familliar with the client's site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Shopping for newer and more sustainable materials is a great way to stay on top of things.
