Orlando was a good communicator and got the job done on time, even though I gave him a limited time before the deadline. The business is family operated, with his father being an expert carpenter, and his sons being an excellent workers and communicators. They did not skimp on quality of materials, so I am grateful that my deck and pergola looks like its nearly new, and will last a long time. The guest loved it.

Rivera’s Bothers Remodeling is a family run business who pride themselves in excellence. From their initial response, all the way through the project, they were communicative, professional, and transparent. Orlando (the owner) came to meet me directly, walked the premises, asked me what I expected, and a couple hours later, sent me a detailed estimate. This visit was free of charge. The original estimate was fair and competitive with the other bids we received. In the end, we did pay more than the estimate, BUT we were told before they started the job to expect unforeseen costs (they were after all rebuilding an old deck). Needless to say, the process was very smooth, They used quality materials, they worked very efficiently, and were responsive to all my concerns, and the finished product is beautiful! If you are looking for rebuilding or remodeling of any kind, this business should be at the top of your list. Thank you Orlando! It was a pleasure doing business with all of you!
