Jeremy was awesome to work with - he was extremely responsive and explained everything thoroughly when fixing my sliding closet door. He also gave me great intel and info on upgrading the look which is something I’ve been considering. Highly recommend working with Jeremy, I’ll definitely use him on any future door projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a fair price for the work I am doing. I don't believe in gouging people just because they seem to have money. I don't change my price based on where you live. I'm honest.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to a customer over the phone and then travel to the location. I like to get a feel for exactly what the scope of the project is before we set a price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an IT degree, but never got to use it when the recession hit in 2008. That is when I started to focus on replacing windows. I have been replacing windows for the last six years and have recently started getting into remodels.
