I had a hot water leaking in the slab somewhere in the kitchen. David responded very quickly via phone and offered some smart advice that allowed me to cut off the line with the leaking hot water and still have a hot water in the bathrooms for the evening and next morning. Next day he showed up on time, explained the situation and proposed few options to remedy the problem. Once we agreed on the price for the job he worked very quickly and efficiently. The job was done in one day in a very professional way. The price was right, much lower than quotes from other companies. Could not be happier with the choice I made hiring David (Clear &Present Pluming LLC). If you have a plumbing problems David is guy to call.

David did an excellent job of diagnosing our problem over text. He was courteous inside our home, and after repairing our kitchen drain, he even went the extra mile by repairing a faulty disposal switch. If we ever need a master plumber again, we'll call David.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call me and give me the address where they need the work done. We set up a time to meet. Then I show up and access the problem or job and give a free estimate.

I have been Plumbing for 14 years and attended a wide variety of different classes before becoming a Master plumber
