My fiancé and I appreciated the experience working with Crystal. We are coordinating long distance and instilled great confidence in her planning abilities for large events from the Ease of all our meetings, her responsiveness, and planning guidance. For such an important event, we wanted to hire someone that was calm under pressure and also kind. We are SOOO bummed our final wedding date didn’t work out to hire her but we recommend.

My husband and I were planning our wedding - a small one - and had everything lined up and thought we could do all of this on our own. Then came the realization, how do we make everything move along smoothly without us having to be so involved? We wanted to just be able to enjoy our wedding and wanted our mothers to as well. That’s where Crystal comes in - the ultimate life saver! There are not enough words to express how amazing she is! From the start she put me at ease during our meeting to discuss our vision of the wedding and what we were looking for from her. We provided her what was requested and she got right to work and made everything seem so simple. She contacted the vendors we already lined up to share communication information and ensure timing. She obviously has lots of experience with all of this so thought of things we had not. She put together a portfolio and timeline and shared her thoughts and confirmed with vendors. She arrived on the wedding day and took over and everyone was so impressed with her - not only how nice she is but also how efficient she is and kept things moving so smoothly and perfectly timed. The wedding was the stress free magical experience my husband and I wanted and Crystal made that happen. We can’t thank her enough for that!

Give Me Details is a one of a kind events and occasions establishment. Ms. Crystal did an outstanding job planning and coordinating my 60th birthday party. She is absolutely phenomenal and a joy to work with. The entire event was executed in an excellent and professional manner from start, finish, and yes even clean up. She will be planning all of my future events for certain!

    I work with premium clients who want personalized custom events. Each event is customized for my clients needs and I give a price point proposal for each client.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I love to give a FREE virtual consultation to review the needs of potential clients. I then provide them with a customized price point proposal, once accepted, we discuss more in detail of the needs of their event and I craft a detailed timeline of my planning process leading up to the day of their event.
