What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard scale. We can also customize packages geared toward our customers specific needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To ask the clients specific needs and basic contact info. From there I email a contract/confirmation and show up at scheduled event date. Extremely easy and hassle free. Event planning is hard enough. This is the fun stuff!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed make up artist. Who embodies a passion for design and color. Since childhood art has been a part of me!
