We were in need of a contractor ASAP after ours fell through. We had an AC leak that went through a few floors, and were dealing with our insurance to get it completed(which was a pain). Raven has a background dealing with insurance, so that was definitely a plus. She got us more money to complete the repairs from the leak(wall, ceiling and floor repairs). They were quick to respond and start the project which was what we needed. We did have multiple bumps in the process because we kept catching areas that were not checked/overlooked. We had to take photos of everything, and they did complete the issues but had to come back multiple times to do so. A few things were also broken in our home, which they did replace. When we moved back in, our washer quit working and the issue with the washer was that our washer was shoved against the wall(to fit the tight space), causing a dent in the wall and the drainage hose to pinch(causing it not to drain). Our biggest complaint was that we asked to redesign our washer and dryer area. We gave them our measurements of the new washer/dryer, and turns out they did not plan space for the dryer vent and/or the drainage hose would take up(and we live in a small condo). They came out multiple times to troubleshoot and do more work, and needless to say, we are finding someone else to still fix the issues(our dryer door will not open with the doors that were put on, fix the front door, and replace multiple things that they worked on). UPDATE - we hired another professional and found more issues with our washer and dryer area. They installed a dryer vent that was not up to code, and ripped in multiple places. This was a fire hazard, and we had to replace the whole thing with a metal vent. We were also lied to when we asked why our dryer couldn't be placed on the right - due to "wires and pipes," which was incorrect, and we were able to with the new handyman. I can't believe they patched up our wall knowing that the dryer vent was ripped and not up to code. I will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone.Feb 5, 2019Verified
Called me first thing in the morning, as I had an urgent need for some fence repairs. They were able to come out and get it repaired! I was squeezed in last minute. They will also be taking care of some repairs to my flooring in a week or so. Edit: I hired them a second time to complete some flooring in my home, along with some work for my stair case (missing rails) They replaced most of live flooring in my kitchen, living and bedrooms. I still got a price comparison and they were in the range of the other contractors. Joel was so polite and made sure all his men stayed on task so that our project could stay on track as I have a big gathering coming up. Thanks so much for the good work guys!Feb 5, 2019Verified
I have to say the work was done in a timely manner, everything was smooth from start to finish. They were amazing to work with, very professional and I will definitely have them come back to help with another project.Mar 24, 2018Verified
I contacted them originally to do some shelving and cabinets that i Wanted installed in my bathroom and laundry. They came out, the very next day and quoted me a reasonable price close to what we discussed on the phone. So I allowed them to take on the job. The installation took about 4 hrs. They prepped the area, and did a great job keeping things clean. The team was nice so I will definitely keep them in mind on my next project.Jan 20, 2019Verified
Drywall Installation and Hanging
They came out and hung new sheetrock over some areas that had been damaged, also removed some popcorn. They have floated the wall and have done a great job, I was able to get them to do this work the same day, by luck of course. It took about three men and about 5 hours. They are coming back tomorrow to texture, and I am very pleased with the overall job.Nov 30, 2016Verified
