Ray is friendly and honest, and a pleasure to work with. We were impressed with the value of his quote, but he did end up having to redo the work. I think he has more experience with laminates, and we were refinishing a hardwood floor. The first time, he only did one coat of duraseal, and I learned from friends you have to do 2-3 coats, sanding in between. But Ray and his brother came back to do the job correctly.
