Introduction
One of the main differences on the "Selling" side of the business is that Adkor does Staging at no additional charge to our client. We also provide guidance as to how they can get the "bang for the buck" on updating their home, from no cost items to low cost items even higher end items we can help them decide if the upgrade makes sense. We even help choose paint colors and many times bring in new light fixtures. We do whatever it takes to help our clients sell their home...fast and for top dollar! On the "Buying" side I enjoy helping people find a home that they will be happy with for years to come. While on the "Selling" side I think it is fun to Stage a home and how surprised the owners frequently when they come home and see the difference. Then of course in both cases I love making the call saying "We've got a deal!"

My house sold in one day! They were great, telling me exactly everything I should do to get the most money for my house, relative to my timeline and needs. They were also very good about working with my budget, figuring out where to spend to get the most value for my money. And the staging was amazing - I couldn't believe it was my house!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Find a real estate agent that you feel you can trust and that has experience. Buying and selling a home is a huge investment, one of the biggest you will make in your lifetime, so you need find someone you can count on. Make sure they have designations...showing it's important to them that they get all of the training they can to stay on the top of their game. Ask to Talk to their past clients and after all is said and done, and you have all of this covered...make sure you like the person...In my mind buying and selling your home can be a stressful time but also an exciting one...do with with an agent that you like sharing both the ups and the downs the process. Make sure you feel they actually care about YOU not just the deal.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I wish people understood that who you choose to be your real estate agent can really make a difference. They can save you thousands, or help you get thousands more for your home. So people people have a friend or a relative, or a friend of a friend that is a real estate agent so they go with them...I see it over and over that their agent did not do them a service. There's a lot more to being a Real estate agent than just putting a sign in the yard, or having access to the MLS.
