FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers are what make our business, so we make sure to treat them as a valuable commodity. Normally, after initial contact by phone, e-mail, or through social media, we schedule an appointment for an initial consultation to determine the scope of work to be performed and the needs of our client. We then submit our proposal to the client for acceptance. After that, there is a pre-construction meeting to ensure all parties understand the progression steps of the work, the approximate timeline for completion, and the payment terms.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certified, with many additional safety training hours. I held a City of Austin certificate (passing a background check required by the Department of Homeland Security, due to the nature of the position) while employed as a construction superintendent.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We installed an ADA-accessible ramp and railings and ADA doorway for a customer using special needs apparatus. This has allowed her to safely enjoy her daily outdoor excursions.
