Tammy was wonderful. I paid for a trial and I loved it. She’ll be doing my makeup and my mom’s makeup on my wedding day. She’s so friendly and easy to talk to, especially since I’m not very knowledgeable about makeup and felt awkward at the beginning.

I cannot recommend Tammy enough! I was the Maid of Honor in my best friend’s wedding last week, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job on both my hair and makeup. Not only did I feel incredibly beautiful, but the look held up perfectly through this Texas heat and a long day of celebrating. I hired Tammy this past weekend to do my hair and makeup for a natural bodybuilding show I was competing in in San Antonio. From the beginning to chatting with her she was very resonsive and asked lots of great questions. She wanted to understnd my skin type, etc. she messaged me a few days before and we discussed the colors of my dress and bikini. The day of she was early and came very prepared, seting up her own lighting stand in my very dark hotel room ad was very nice and personable. I told her I wanted a lot of volume and wanted to ensure my hair would hold up all day. she delivered on everything I asked for. I felt like a super model after she ws done with me. She even mixed up a lip color for me that matched my evening gown and gave me that and a little puff to dab myself for touch ups. I've never had any artist do that! I don't usually take the time to write reviews but I was very impressed and felt that this was very well deserved. Thank you Tammy for making me feel like a super model on stage, everyone commented on my improved stage presence this year and my look helped me feel beautiful and confident. I won 1st place in evening gown and I still have my amazing hair two days later :)

FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Makeup: I like to know if their skin is oily, dry or both. This will help me to prep their skin properly. Then if they would like the makeup look to be dewy, matte or a little bit of both.
For Hair: have clean dry hair, ready for styling. I like to know if they have thick, thin, curly, straight hair and how long is it. Do they want it down, half up half down or an updo.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a makeup course at Rio Hondo College in California. I wanted to make sure that I would be good at it and that I would love it!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The first time I ever wore makeup at 12 years old, I thought it was magic!✨ I loved the way it made me skin look even and flawless which gave me more confidence. I wanted other woman to feel the that too!
