FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, value-packed pricing that reflects the strategy, planning, and creativity we bring to every shoot. Our pricing is based on the scope of the project, things like shoot length, deliverables, licensing, and post-production needs. We provide custom quotes for many projects to make sure you're getting exactly what you need (and not paying for what you don’t). We also offer package options for ongoing content needs, which many of our clients love for keeping their visuals fresh throughout the year. Session fees cover everything from pre-production planning to the shoot itself, and then we tailor the final deliverables to your goals. We offer clarity, flexibility, and honest recommendations. We’re here to help you make the most of your investment! Pricing starts at $249 for a solo headshot session. Our signature branding session starts at $849. And our family portrait packages start at $299 for 30 minutes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things easy, clear, and collaborative. We’ll start with a quick discovery call or email series to learn about your goals and make sure we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll guide you through the process, from planning to shoot day to final delivery, so you always know what to expect. We're big on communication, thoughtful details, and making sure you feel supported every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background is rooted in years of hands-on experience in photography, video production, and storytelling. While we’ve taken courses, workshops, and constantly stay up-to-date with industry trends and gear, the real education has come from working with a wide range of clients - from small businesses, to families to established brands. Our founder, Ashley, also has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management, giving her a strong foundation in understanding brand strategy, consumer behavior, and effective communication, so every photo and video we create isn’t just beautiful but also strategically designed to help your business grow. We’ve learned how to not just create beautiful visuals, but to craft intentional imagery that supports marketing goals, builds connection, and tells a brand’s story in a compelling way. We also study brand strategy, creative direction, and visual storytelling - so every frame has purpose behind it. At the end of the day, we’re always learning, always refining our craft, and always bringing that knowledge back to our clients in a meaningful way.
