Pricing depends on the size of the area, level of buildup, accessibility, and services needed. We provide upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Bundle discounts are available for combining services like driveway cleaning, house washing, gutters, patios, and walkways.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by reviewing photos or discussing the project details to provide an estimate. Once scheduled, we arrive on-site, protect surrounding landscaping, pre-treat surfaces if needed, and clean using the appropriate pressure washing or soft washing method. After the job, we do a final walkthrough to ensure everything looks great.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continuously study industry best practices for pressure washing, soft washing, chemical application, surface restoration, and exterior cleaning techniques. We focus on using the correct methods and cleaning solutions for each surface to deliver professional results while minimizing risk of damage.
