- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is available for y'all to see on Thumbtack at any time. Only other consideration may be a small travel fee if the event is "out there."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's completely up to you. We can work with event planners or stakeholders on one or multiple emails or calls before an event to prepare a schedule or select key songs. Or you can just tell us when to arrive and we can show up and get going. It depends on how specific or organized you want your festivities to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal training. But grandpa taught me to love classic country on the local radio station. Grandma taught me to love oldies music on "Oldies 103.5" (from Austin, now gone sadly). Mom taught me to two-step, waltz, polka and more growing up. And my wife and I have enjoyed dancing to Texas Country and much more the last 15+ years. Life. A life filled with music. That was my training.
