- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide package pricing only. When given a list of the items and pictures you are wanting we create a package just for you. Everyone has different needs therefore we design the package to fit your individual needs and wants. This gives you more "Bang for your Buck".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send out a Congratulations letter. Have the client send pictures and a list of items and quantities they are wanting. Such as; how many bouquets, table arrangements, corsages. Types of flowers are very helpful. Budget they are wanting to stay within.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The award winning Susan Rickea has worked in the flower industry since 1978. While in High School worked in her mothers flower shop Deer Park Florist. Owned and operated Rickeas Flowers Express in League City for 25 years. Taught Floral Design and Management at San Jacinto Jr. Collage for 7 years. Designed in Design Shows across the United States and have earned many awards.
