- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some things are negotiable. Fees reflect not just the specific task but also the amount of time and cost of travel to show up and complete all tasks in the time given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a sense of what they want, any issues they may have had in the past with other cleaners and together make a general punch list of tasks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lots of education (worked on Masters degree at LSU) but not at all in this field. But college took determination and so does cleaning and organizing.
