What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Computers and laptop repair, $ 50 service fee, you pay for the part I will replace. Cabling issue's $75 a drop or a repair for phone issue's, tv issue's wireless issue's
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No I do not, Computers aren't that hard to work on. It doesn't take a rocket science to figure it out.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started playing with computers back in 1995 and I have been a computer geek every sense. I like playing and working on computers.
