- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Arrowhead pricing is always provided up front before any work begins. Once a diagnostic has been completed, and a plan of execution has been determined, our customers will receive options to choose from that fit their needs and budget without any pushy sales tactics.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are always welcome. The biggest thing we consider is the customer first when approaching a new home. Without the customer, the problem doesn't exist. So, providing a solution without the customer in mind is not something you will see with Arrowhead. All of our solutions are custom tailored to promote a happy customer with reliability, health, and safety in mind!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are registered with the State of Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations. North American Technician Excellence or "NATE" Certifications are welcomed but not required for our technicians. If there is any question, rest assured we have the background to obtain the answer with our Master Technician.
