I have over 30 years of boxing experience. My experience is second to none. I train all levels (beginner to pro) and interests (fitness to competition). Whether weight loss, skill improvement or professional aspirations, I have the experience and knowledge to get you where you want to be. I love boxing and have been involved in the sport most of my life. It is something I am extremely passionate about, and it is very exciting for me to be able to teach it to others no matter what their goal is. I believe that boxing is a sport that teaches skill and discipline along with so much more.

I have been getting relatively frequent privates from Coach Rich over the last 8 months. Those who have been in and out of a few boxing gyms can attest that many have the same system of teaching you a few punches, then a few basic combinations, and having you repeat those in a monotonous sequence in what equates to a boxing equivalent of "Tae-Bo". Coach Rich is different. He has experienced boxing at an elite level. He is familiar with the subtle details that can make the difference between landing a punch cleanly and getting out of the line of fire or throwing a punch and getting caught and countered. Coach Rich has an eye capable of assessing an individual's level when they start with him so that he can best lay out a realistic road-map to cultivate them as a boxer. Even if your goal isn't to compete in boxing or any other combat sport, one cannot deny the value of having a coach that has been through the process of conditioning for a world class level of competition. He knows the difference between working hard and working smart, and has just as keen of an eye for one's level of fitness as he does for boxing skill. Even a beginner can feel confident that he will start them out with realistic goals in mind to progress them accordingly. If you have the opportunity to visit his gym or take privates from him directly, do yourself a favor and learn from someone who understands both boxing and fitness down to his bones.

My son has been going here for a while, he had been to other gyms in the past, and he has learned more here about boxing than the other 2 gyms combined. He also won his first Golden Gloves championship with Legacy Boxing Gym.

Thanks Corey! He has worked really hard. It has also helped that he dropped 2 weight classes.

I learned a lot about boxing from Coah Rich, and he really helped me get my weight under control when I was working out with him. I dropped about 50 lbs while under Rich's supervision. I can honestly say that no matter if your goals are to pursue boxing or just get in a good work out, Rich will certainly be able to get you there.

I have been training with coach Rich for about 7 months now. Rich is a really good coach, he adjusts the workout to your level of fitness, not tearing you up, but not accepting any slack either. The workouts are fun and the boxing training is practical. I highly recommend this coach.
