I don’t write many reviews but I felt the need to write this one. I bought a water softner 4 years ago and it recently stopped working and flooded part of my garage. After attempting to repair it, I decided I would have a better quality unit installed by a professional. My friend referred me to Justin at Rad Dad Plumbing and I set an appointment.
Justin arrived on time and did a great job answering my questions before getting started. Justin explained that my water pressure was too high, (97 PSI) and recommended installing a pressure reducing valve to get it within recommended pressure levels. He mentioned that the high pressure may have been a reason for my last water softener failing and said it can cause several different plumbing issues.
Justin had to dig to access the water line and install the valve. He installed the valve, softner and I opted for the water filter as well.
Justin did a great job explaining how to use the equipment and the improvements it will make in the quality of my water. He wasn’t kidding! I don’t even think my last softner worked at all compared to this system. My wife is raving about how soft her hair and skin is, our water tastes better and my dishes are spot free!
Even though it must have been hard work to dig and install the heavy equipment, Justin smiled the whole time. He was patient, professional, friendly and cleaned everything up before he left my house. I would highly recommend Rad Dad Plumbing.

We've used RAD Dad Plumbing for 2 separate instances now and have not been disappointed. First, we had a leak in the yard during a freeze on Christmas Eve! And later our water heater broke... the day before the family was coming to visit! Both were emergencies, and they were able to get someone to come out right away. Their prices are fair and their work is great, we haven't had any problems with the repairs since.

Mr. Adams responded to my call immediately and gave me an appointment time (same day) with no hesitation. We diagnosed the issue I had with my sewer line, explained to next steps and advised on a fix. He mentioned other things I could to for maintenance prevention but never pushed a sale on me. He just asked me to call him whenever I was ready. The work he did in the short amount of time was amazing! I highly recommend this company and will be doing so with everyone I know with plumbing issues.

My house is older and I needed someone I could trust since I have very little knowledge regarding plumbing repairs. A neighbor recommended the plumber now known as Rad Dad. This recommendation turned out to be in my favor. I have found him to be excellent in his diagnosis, prompt in taking care of the problem, and his billing was better than fair. Mr Adams has even come in his off-duty time for an emergency.
He is polite, attentive, and dedicated to his work. I am very careful about issuing recommendations but I have given Mr Adams contact information to multiple friends. They too were impressed with his dedication to his work.
Mr Adams is now my “go to” for any plumbing questions or problems.
