- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based on amount of time spent, although my goal has always been to keep fees reasonable in relationship to the work performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss tax and financial needs in person, by phone, e-mail or Skype, as needed. Then discuss needs and complete the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS Accounting from the University of Rhode Island, all required Continuing Edecation classes taken annually in addition to self training and research.
