What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per foot, how many levels to the home and how difficult the job will be. I don’t charge for flushing gutters that don’t have debris.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to your home and preform a free estimate. The price of the job will be explained thoroughly and there is absolutely no pressure in saying yes. I will take pictures of all the gutters affected and will show you what needs to be done. The mess will be cleaned and after pictures will be provided.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked under a friend in the past doing gutter cleaning and maintenance as well as installing Christmas lights during the holidays.
