Nick is a professional on every level!! Nick got my roof replaced from a stubborn insurance company that was gaslighting me for a year. Every antic, response, and denial along the way, Nick already knew was going to happen beforehand. Nick was phenomenal! And will forever be the one I hire. Not only did have give a fair price. But explain how I was going to be ripped off by another company. He answered every question and even did fixed something else that wasn’t even part of the project I hired him for. He’s so honest and transparent you won’t find another contractor like them!

Before Nick could fix it, my wife had already employed someone else to address the leak issue. However I was unaware of it and invited Nick to take a look at it. He went up there and noticed the tar was applied on the affected area. He is extremely professional, friendly and humble person. He explained me the right way to fix it and did not completely rejected the already done work. He said it may work but if it does not I am always there to help. I would definitely work with him and would like to refer him to my friends and family for any roofing work. He left me with a great experience. Nice you definitely deserve five stars for being such a nice person.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Roof replacement costs correlate with insurance claims. I am able to go over the insurance paperwork with customers to come up with the best financial plan to cover costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process will begin with a free roof inspection. If there is enough damage to warrant an insurance claim, I will help the customer get the claim started. Once the claim is in progress, the roof repairs will be scheduled. I will not suggest repairing or replacing a roof if there is not enough damage.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend regular trainings to stay current on new materials. I have completed required training from the state of Texas insurance adjuster program and use the same computer programs that insurance adjusters use to assess damage.
