- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of discounts including: military, first responder, referral, multi-property/project, and recurring service discounts. Discounts will be included in any pre-work quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out to the client via phone or email to confirm the details of the project and reviewing pricing info to ensure our clients are confident in the services they will receive. Once a date is set, our pilots will collect the photos/video/geospatial data and update the client. Raw photo/video turnaround is 24 hours from collection. Edited photos and video are dependent on size and complexity, but typically within 72hours. Orthomosaic map processing is ~48hours depending on map size.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All pilots are FAA part 107 licensed pilots with at least 200hours of commercial flight time.
