We had an issue with our Samsung washer the upper compartment wasnt working properly, and it would cause the whole machine to stop and not work for a couple of days after using that setting.He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and now everything works perfectly again. Were very grateful!What we especially appreciated was how fast he responded and how quickly he was able to schedule us. Highly recommend!
