Roslan was prompt in replying to texts, as well as arriving when we promised (on the same day no less!)
He knew what he was doing and methodically troubleshooted my fried microwave. It was apparent that he knew what he was doing, and my microwave was soon fixed.

I called Ruslan to look at washer as it was not draining well. He did a thorough check, helped me understand the cost to repair it, including cost of parts and advised to replace it if possible. It was an honest suggestion. Similar situation with the dryer. He cleaned the gas cook top well and made sure it ran more effectively than before.
