Not only was he prompt in his communication, Paul showed up on a Sat on time and with the appropriate supplies to repair my A/C capacitor in less than 30 minutes. Patriot Appliance is THE BEST. He educated us on our unit and found out that we need a 3.5 instead of 2.5. We been in our house since 2003 and have had numerous techs come out but NONE of them are even close to Patriot. He’s not about the money. He genuinely cares about his customers.

Paul was top notch from the get go. He responded to our problem within 3 mins of us asking for a quote. He came out to our home on Saturday at 8:30 to help us out with the AC. If we could give Paul more than 5 stars, we would! Paul has our business for now on due to his professionalism, knowledge and being transparent to help diagnose the issue without braking the bank.
