TCB! Thank you, Paul.When Paul repaired my freezer, he took time to explain the problem to me, outbid the competitor (by more than 2K), and then came back to make sure the job was done right, and that I was taken care of. It was very easy having Paul in my home, I immediately felt at ease. I enjoyed his point of view and liked getting to know him very much.Paul is definitely TCB.
