What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum fee to service an aquarium is $80. Pricing depends on size of aquarium and what needs to be done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pay attention to detail! This is a process that cannot be rushed. We remove all the decorations and clean them, vacuum all the gravel, scrub the glass, and clean or replace filter cartridges. Aquariums are then refilled with new water which is filtered and treated for ammonia and chlorine.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a family business and have 13 fish tanks ourselves. We eat, sleep and breathe fish aquariums!
